How to Install watchOS 11

 

To install, go to Settings > General > Software Update on your Apple Watch or use the Watch app on your iPhone. Ensure your watch has at least 50% battery. watchOS 11 is not supported on the Apple Watch Series 4, Series 5, and first Apple Watch SE.

3. Activity Ring Customization

You can now pause your Activity rings for a day, week, or more without losing streaks, or set different goals for each day.
